Backpacks for Children in Need

We learned of 12 more children in need since we launched this program in June.   We did not search for new donors because we received unsolicited offers from people who heard about our program and wanted to help!   

72 Backpacks are now in the love and care of their happy new owners, after our Pick-Up evening Friday, August 24.  

Many heartfelt thanks to our generous Donors, to our very willing Shoppers, and to people who spread the word about one way that we help our neighbours-in-need.
