Catechist

A catechist is someone who desires to share their faith with candidates who are preparing to be initiated into the Catholic church, or who are preparing to receive the sacraments.

A catechist is a fully initiated member who is in full communion with the Church, is at least 18 years of age, has excellent communication skills and is comfortable facilitating a group. A catechist is a good listener, is respectful to others and is recognized within the parish community as a person of good reputation.

If you feel Christ calling you to this ministry, please speak with the pastor.
